Beef actually said that the burgers at fucking JCs on Long Island are comparable. I don’t believe it, but the next time I’m there I’ll need to taste them for comparison.

I love this suggestion. I generally try to keep the stuff I post about pretty low cost (fancy dinners aside) so that they're accessible. And I feel like a lot of the other newsletters I read tend to suggest things that are simply much more expensive than I can reasonably afford 😅 But I love this idea of contrasts and parsing the difference between actual and perceived value of things.
This is a great idea - I sense a special edition in our future 🔮

That is an epicly Eric comment! But in fairness, my holy grail of burgers is the Triangle Pub so I really can't say anything here.
